I kinda feel like this looks more like the woman committed suicide. Since the piano is incorporated, I'm thinking she didn't memorize her Mozart Piano Concerto No.23 In A Major well enough for her upcoming recital... I'm also guessing by her relaxed attire that she hasn't left the house for awhile so she could remain fixated on her obsession.
