I guess we're going to do things the hard way now. Erigone may be tough, but she isn't quite up to the Olympians' level of power.

Erigone clearly hasn't quite understood who she's messing with.

I don't know if a dead person can faint, but to take her down by force would probably be the best thing to do now.

Hmm, Perhaps Hades was a bit too nice there for Erigone to believe him?
If I didn't already know he's a lovely cinnamon roll and probably doesn't even know how to lie, I might also think it a trap.
But really, Erigone, giving him even more reason to hate you is ... NOT a good strategy. There's this saying about biting the hand that feeds you. Very stupid.

Yes, maybe. It probably sounded like he was only saying what she wanted to hear.
Though I guess it would have been a bit hard for anyone to believe him who has grown up with a certain conception of the world, and then being told that it's false.

Maybe Persephone is even more dangerous than Hades when properly riled.

Cue the bitchslap of Erigone's (after) life.
Not gonna lie, but if I were Hades at this point of time I'd drag Erigone kicking and screaming to the River Lethe. I lose patience very easily. Besides Erigone is far too dangerous to be allowed to remain in the upper world.

That would probably be the best thing to do now. Hades has a lot of patience concerning the dead, but Persephone is not immune to miasma like he is.

Aww, I know, but that just happens a lot in stories. The antagonist of the story refuses the offer of help from the Protagonist or another character at least once and after some times either gives in or is plain defeated.Β
Am I very wrong to assume that Persephone will now have an outburst now and leave Erigone totally stunned?
