Well, what should I say?
I´m not that good in explaining thing that usually should not need an explaination...specially in english *g
To know how it came to this piece of art you have to know a few things about me.

I´m not that old - somewhere in the twentys.
Always have been a "thinker", but never had that big problems in school and live so i had enough time for smoking weed, drinking a lot of alcohol, partying... like 4,5,6 days a week. More than 6 years and it nearly killed me.

In last spring I came to a point where I knew I really have to change. I knew that i became someone who I never wanted to become - who wasn´t me.
I was bored while going out, I was bored and angry when talking to most of my "friends" about nothing else than party, drugs, girls...

I terminated my apartment in town, went back to where I grew up. Stopped all the drugs, stopped smocking cigarettes after 12 years.
I started running, for myself - to get back the feelings for my body - to wake up my brain again.

There´s no way out of reality - except dying.

I know a lot about marketing, ads, and so on from school and what I learned for myself about it. And how it can control your brain. There´s so much weird shit all around us which can destroy our ability of a clear mind.

The two books which really opened my mind are "To Have Or To Be" and "The Art Of Loving" from Erich Fromm.
He wassocial psychologist, psychoanalyst and humanistic philosopher.

The point is, if you don´t know who you are and what u are, you´re not really able to change anything else.
It starts in everyones mind, otherwise we just extend the period of poverty, racism and injustice.
