Description
A quick emote (for me anyways), about an hour and a half.Originally thought of it as an avatar, but now I'm thinking it could be a small plz if people like it. The new categories confuse me. Tell me what you think, I thrive on feedback.
EDIT: I finally got around to changing the expressions to match the colors as =Indae suggested. If I get positive feedback for a plz acct I'll make one.
EDIT AGAIN: Added a little delay between moods.

I think most of us are guilty on occasion. I know of only a few people that seem to consistently be in one mood. Some people change so fast I can hardly keep up, which is who this applies to the most.

What program(s) do you use to make these?

I draw each frame in PaintShop Pro (because it uses layers)
Save copies as .gif
Set transparency in PSP again
Create the animation in UnFREEz
Open the animation in Microsoft Gif Animator and set frame rates
Then post
There are more efficient ways to do this stuff, but we use the tools at hand.

I like it. I especially like the shading on the yellow emote.
I can relate to this. So many things happen on any given day that I can seem so moody, but really I'm just reacting to my environment and what's going on.
Anyway, the animation is really smooth too. ^^

Thanks! I'm slowly building up a set of bases with different colors/shading. Hopefully it wil make it easier to do these as time goes.

You're welcome. Ah... I've been doing that too. I have an emote template file I made and when I find a new color I like I just shade the template and save the new color. XD It does make things a bit easier.

I really like how you did the transition between emotions. A really cool idea for that. I'm not sure if it's too fast between each, but I suppose it does fit the theme. I love how the eyebrows snap down on the angry face.

Thanks! Regarding speed, I think I would lengthen the time of the three frames it's not in transition, but to do that I have to duplicate frames. UnFREEz doesn't allow individual frame rates. I'm looking for a good animation program to do these with. Any suggestions?

Ah, I see. I've only ever used the GIMP to animate, if you haven't tried you could give it a shot. I don't pixel in the GIMP though.
