Description Baby, baby blue eyes, stay with me by my side

Water colour pencils.
Decided since eyes were my main doodle item (or signature C'x)
I should try doing a serious example.
Although, the pupil is too wide, and it confuses the image as the eye should be at an angle.

I saw this picture and it captivated me right off the bat, looking at the thumbnail I thought it was a photograph, and being the sucker for baby blues that I am, I clicked it. When I realized it was water colour pencil it caught me off guard. Personally I LOVE the detail of the reflections in the eye of the eyelashes and buildings. In all, I strive to be an artist of that level, but quite frankly I am a writer, but I can appreciate skill when I see it.
