Description
The 3rd and last of the females in this line up of mavericks. Being that my original doodle was too similar to Split Mushroom, I decided to give a completely different look to the body frame. Instead of short and stubby, I went the reverse, tall and lean. In keeping with her skull theme, I went with chitin for her ability. Initially I only knew that chitin was the component for exoskeletons of insects and such, but I was really surprised and happy to find out it exists also on fungi themselves.Related links:

The third of my expansions of the Necroloids:
Stage:An abandoned lab that has been overrun with plant life, though it creates a rather creepy atmosphere.
Basic Battle Attacks:Skull Fungus will create plants to help her and attack the player. She'll also fire shots and put up a shield, both of which will trap you in chitin if they connect, forcing a switch-out.
Weapons:
For X:Chitin Shield:A shield of 4 skull-patterned mushroom that freezes enemies in chitin, allowing him to destroy them with other weapons.(Think the Ice Slash from Mega Man 1)This shield can be thrown.
For Zero:Chitin Driver:A downwards drill attack that leave a shock wave that has the same effect as X's weapon.
For Axl:Mushroom Blaster:A fungus-like shot that has the same effects as the above 2 weapons.
These weapons are the weaknesses of Shadow Raven, as they would remind her of being grounded and helpless when she died.
Weak to the weapons of Darkfate Arachne, as they would conjure of Skull Fungus' memories of being a lab rat.

Easily my favorite of these designs, though the raven and lionfish are close seconds. I'm curious as to who/what the big-bad would be for this set. A Necro-Sigma? A Demonic Lumine? Some new enemy? Or perhaps even some combination of the three?

At the moment I'm still trying to come up with something. Most likely a new enemy, the source of the Necrosi energy that's powering all Necroloids. Lol, who knows, maybe Sigma or Lumine might "accidentally" get revived in the process.Ā
