I guess this is sort of what I imagined Quark wearing at the end of the fanfic Made in Ferenginar when he's at his little dinner party or maybe what he wears after his promotion as Rom's First Clerk too. That was the original idea. I like designing Ferengi outfits Also I just wanted to have an excuse to color his face close up.
