Okay i get those problems also on some models.

Does it look like the bones are placed totally out of her body in XNALara? (Like the wrist bone too far behind/mext to her)

If so you've to export the .mesh.ascii out of XNALara (File>Export .mesh.ascii T-pose) and import that back to blender.

After that select the skeleton and switch to edit mode.

Move the skeleton part until it fits the model again.

Export, convert, tadaa xD

Right, So after going into blender and doing what you said, I found that nothing changed. The skeleton was off so I moved everything in line with the body parts but they all still moved the same in Xnalara. Lol I think I'm a blender menace.

Oh that hair is great! You should do it! I would look wonderful ^^
As for the dress, I removed it completely. I hate her entire look
in the game. She has such a pretty face and Capcom just ruins it
with her hair and clothes lol. Right now I just have her using the
panties body I used for my Jill's. Once I get her bone issues all
fixed, I plan to give her another outfit. I'm one of the rare
Excella fans out there ;D So I want her to be purdy.

rofl yes, i agree xD capcom actually ruined lot of great things in re5, for example chris' hands, but that's another story already xD i'd like more to see her appearance in the game in something like that as was planned before [link] ... this stupid fancy dress looks at least not serious and terrible at all
and yeah, i like excella too. she's pretty, bitchy and seems like italian <3

I'd be grateful if someone started doing some Excella
models. Lol.
As for the dress, I think it would have been better
without that little belt thing and if it were a little
tighter. I sorta makes her look...baggy or something.
She is such a good character. Independent but still
hanging on Wesker. Its clear that she is power hungry
but I guess I just like how brave she is.

oh i would like to start working on her, but still feeling myself so green in blender and can't finish my jill mods.. and i'd need some ideas
