Description
Weee, my hand is still cramping from this one. Took about 3 hours for the lines, and 8 hours on the coloring. Lines done in Photoshop, and it was colored in Corel Painter 8 using oils and blenders. All done with a Wacom Tablet.

Loosely based off of my Gaiaonline.com avatar, known as Arowan. (I love the new centaur skins, the winter rose looks particularly good with the grey centaur!) Started out as a doodle, with no reference pictures. One of my few pictures where the background was actually planned...

I like my tree, considering I've never really drawn one before. The sky came out great, though I thought it was horrible until I finished it. Corel is tricky to use for anime-style drawings, but I'm slowly improving.
