Rynafia is the second largest city in SSR, surpassed only by Halmss. It is the capital of the Nafran part of the empire and can serve as a shadow capital of SSR, should ever Halmss fall. A significant part of the city is placed underwater, for Nafrans bear a large affinity to water. The large metropolis spreads over a shallow bay for many kilometers on the ground and underwater and it's building technologies and materials are on the peak of SSR, largely also due to the need to withstand aggressive seawater and water pressure for a long period of time.SSR Β©Skalar and Teivos

This needs more attention! D: (... seems that "non-organic" art is still highly neglected on art pages which is insanely sad if you ask me).
Knowing the long progress and the different development stages of this picture I must say that I really really like the outcome!
The atmosphere is awesome and very fitting, the air polution towards the background extremely realisitic. Also the underwater scenery is well made and believable. I wouldn't mind paying a visit to one of those "bubbles" since they must have a pretty interesting atmosphere.
Do more city scapes in the future I say!
