Its been a long time since I last used these characters together. History says they were a part of one special battalion in SSR, but as I wrote the history of SSR, I successfully divided their paths and fucked it all up. So I said - lets put them together at least for a nice parodical picture.You know, many old RPGs had this - now cliche - setting with a Mage, Warrior, Cleric and Ranger. So, I realised those four people quite fit and made Voy (Green) a Mage, Wolfgang (Brown) a Warrior (note the steampunkish body parts), Nikita (Orange-Brown) a Cleric and Styg (Turquoise) a Ranger (of some sort, er).
The title itself was derived from Rhapsody's album "Symphony of Enchanted Lands" and one of the songs within this album, "The Tower of Abyss". As we all know, Rhapsody's story in their music is quite cliche as well, so I just had to use it
There are two light sources, one stronger from the left and one weaker from the right.

True, with coloured pencils you can never achieve a perfectly soft surface. Though I still consider it a step forward from older stuff
