The sun barely rises and all the merchants and travelers are already buisy in the Delta city. A light and regular wind blows from the lands to the ocean since decades, that make the navigation to the port difficult but provide windmill power to the town.

And yet, behind the peaceful appearance of the place, a dark omen said that when the winds will turn and the kite will fall, so will the World.
