Bio: Viktorya Weatherby was born in a wealthy, high-class family in London, England. Her father was a famous lord who was once a bodyguard of King George VI and her mother was an opera singer. She and her sister, Agnes, were both born with superpowers that have to manifest. Viktorya first discovered her powers when her boyfriend, Floyd Westington IV, was forced to leave for a proper education far away, leaving her in a stressful state of depression, which activated her powers over lightning. From that day, Viktorya secretly decided to help her people by becoming the superheroine known as "Lightning Girl". When her parents found out about this, they were upset about her risking her life just to fight crime. But eventually they decided that she was her own person. After their inheritance was forced to be placed upon the youngest child (Agnes), Viktorya and her parents moved away from their mansion estate to New York City, where Viktorya pursued her crime-fighting activities. There, she met another superhero named Abraham Zap/Nimbus Man when she interfered with the capture of John Dillinger. They fell in love that same day and began dating. After years of dating, they got married and Viktorya convinced her parents to come live with her and her husband.
