Mom when pregnant were effected by some radiation ray, when giving birth, her right shoulders mutated another head which was her baby, from that moment mother stop age-Ing , until daughter grow 18. (So age gaps are always obvious.)

That ray effect also gives her body become younger, but only her daughters side.

The poor daughter want to be independent but couldn’t help share everything with mom since her mom won’t let anyone touch her beloved child. (Her husband left her because of her mutation and psychological act)

Mom force her daughter to finish the university so the daughter get higher payments when graduates.
