That's what I said when I saw this picture. I was so disappointed that I couldn't get out and take fall pictures this season. It rained on all my days off work, and it seemed like the leaves didn't really change this year, but just fell off. But I'm in love with this picture.

brandoooon i am jealous. this rocks. i saw it in my message center and i was like !

the colors, the colors! (do you remember that commerical w/ the boy who eats the crazy popsicle and says to his dog, "the colors duke, the colors!" ...that's what i always think of when i say that. ANYway...) i love the colors. or, color, i suppose i should say. it's so bright and warm and autumy. but what i really love are the tree trunks...the composition of them is awesome, and i really love how they break up the orange...even with the small branches going everywhere throughout like fingers. the angle is awesome...squirrel's-eye view, you could say. it really makes the trees seem so huge. so many great levels and depths of texture...ah, i love it.

and you were in an awkward position for your last photo too...am i sensing a trend?
