Description
First off, I'm really bad at titles...This is a very old thing I had lying around for almost 2 years now. It's been through several changes, most noticeably some of the mane6 have been assigned to different chapters of Space Marines.
Each of them was assigned to a chapter that best fitted their personality in my opinion, complete with some of the unique characteristics of that certain chapter. That is why some of them have an altered physical appearance.
So yeah, here's my take on a Warhammer 40k crossover, with all the rage that this will probably bring xD

I suddenly realised that I can hear Twilight's lines in the character's voice! I'm not sure what that says about me...
That aside, one wonders what grand stratagem has caused the God-Empress of Ponykind to bring together such a strange collection of ponies from so many different orders? Whatever Her will, it will be obeyed to the letter, of course; a Space Mareine's fanaticism will see to that but I'm thinking that this is going to be one of those things that only would make sense to one of Her foresight.

Because the Emperor's Children are Chaos marines.
And the only loyalist chapter that fits her character are the Bloody Magpies.

But she is shown to be selfish on occasion and an eye for fancy or important things, also like the Blood Ravens Rarity often losses sleep over issues or work and the Blood Ravens are incapable of R.E.M. sleep. On the other hand what chapter would you recommend for her?

I think it's just a matter of thinking, so there are many chapters that can fit one pony or another.
Ugh, i realy don't want to research an re-reread every chapter description, the only one i can remember atm are - Raptors, because i like how practical they are, but they would fit AJ only but Salamanders are fitting too.

Sorry... not wishing to cause issues, just trying to settle this. Though if it was something other than a possible resentment for the Blood Ravens, which I can respect, but I still don't understand, also I love them regardless as they are the first chapter I got to know.
Anyway, as for the alternative chapter, she is a magnificent designer and maker, maybe she could have been the Imperial Fists? After all they made the Imperial Palace for the Emperor. Also rarity occasionally fails in her generosity element, and the Imperial Fists will follow the Codex but will ignore it if the Last Wall Protocol is active, another similarity.
However they would not have worked for this joke...

I don't realy hate/resent Blood Ravens, i just find them to be a bit mary-sueish (the fact that their chapter still exists after all their campaigns is a miracle), but mostly i am pretty much TIRED of them, EACH DoW game is about them, the only chapter i DON'T want to see in WH games even more, are - Ultramarines. But mostly i don't care about Blood Ravens. Also i don't like red colour. It's like, okay there are big chapter like Salamanders, Imperial Fists, Blood Angels, etc. everybody knows about them, but there are tons of minior nigh-to-unknown chapters, but they are never used... :

That's is true, like I only recently learn of chapter such as the soul drinkers as loyal 'traitors' or caracharodons who have an altered appearance like the Space Wolves or Salamanders. But you have to remember they are products and the aim is to sell so, we only get the popular demand crap... and sadly the blue poster boys of the imperium sell, sigh...
Though that sadly applies to games as well, and whilst Gabriel Angelos and his magpies are the Poster Boys of Dawn of War, there won't be any changes...
By the way as far as Blood Ravens, being Mary Sue, I think that the Ultramarines are more guilty of that, after all the Blood Ravens doing stupid things like exterminating Cyrene or Releasing a deamon on Tartarus, doesn't sound like saving the day to me, yeah they beat the Hivemind and routed the Chaos within the chapter, but that was a group effort, whilst some one like Cato Sicarius beat a transcendent c'tan on its own and Marneus Calgar surviving a hive tyrant... whilst Gabriel got flattened by a deamon prince with support.
I know the definition of a Mary Sue and these guys ain't her. its all I'm saying

Tbh i can't recall most of the chapter now, have not being deep in to WH40k stuff for years. Not that, there are many truly interesting/noticeable chapters/warbands anyway. I do like Raptor, though ironicaly they are relatively boring and a bit out-of WH40k-esque with their pragmacy and coolheadness, what i can say, i like practical stuff with a bit of style. Gue'vesa hands down.
Ironicaly, Blood Ravens were themselves nigh-unknown chapter prior DoW series, so i don't think there is a problem with that. It's just that now thise chapter is somekind of benchmark (could not find a better word), so devs don't want to work with anything new, from scratch, it will be harder and relatively useless.
Well, yes, that's why i don't like Ultratoiletseat chapter even more, though Mary Sue palm is still not for them, i guess our colourless, unpainted, grey fellows are deserving it more than anyone else.

Where she'd fit best would be the Emperor's Sons, but that wouldn't really fit here with the rest of the loyalists. I might've put in the Blood Angels, but since Fluts already took that I'd suggest the Imperial Fists

Rainbow Dash's "slow as ever" comment is incredibly well-placed.
First, Rainbow Dash is in the White Scars, the chapter which is, by tactical similarity, the Mongol horde of Space Marines. Most if not all of the chapter rides motorcycles, giving them incredible speed on the battlefield.
The comment that RD makes is not just towards the Salamanders' battle doctrine but the Astartes themselves. Because Vulcan has a higher gravity than the average tithe world, the Salamanders' reflexes, while still at superhuman speeds, are actually slower than those of a normal Space Marine. The coloring of Applejack to reflect the skin tone and eye color of an actual Salamander are a guaranteed +1.

I'm not sure that makes sense. If gravity is heavier, you fall faster, and you need _better_ reflexes, not slower ones.
