Description Here is a something that took me way over a month and a half to finish, because I had a lot of stuff going on in real life...
Something I started in late August and only finished in early October... anyways I really wanted to make more ponies in uniform, as well practice making vehicles and weapons. The end result is what you see here.

Hmm, too bad you used East German uniforms. Would have much preferred either WWII era, or modern. East Germany was a dark time for those who lived there. Not that WWII was better, but I have to admit WWII era SS/Wehrmacht uniforms were quite handsome.

As I told a friend of mine, I have a burning hatred for nazis and fascists. Therefore I would never be caught dead making any ponies in nazi uniforms!

German uniforms, not Nazi uniforms. There is a difference between a political system of government, and the soldiers that volunteer for their homeland. Not all German soldiers were nazis. I dislike the communists, but if the Soviet Union was still around I would not assume all of their soldiers actually believed in "communism". Historically speaking the Soviet soldiers were more evil on an individual basis, with higher amounts of looting and rape against civilians. I don't like the Nazis politically either, but the East German uniforms represent Soviet oppression, which is no better.

And let's just discard 21 million Sov civilians killed in WW2. And that's USSR alone, not counting the death camps every now and then where the exact number of deaths is yet to be fully counted.
Sure that's nowhere as evil as dirty commies and their campaign of terror to cleanse the Europe of unpure non-slavic nations, capitalists and monarchists. Oh wait...

Yea, I understand that history is taught differently in the US (Discovery channel is NOT the most reliable info source, just FYI), and for some people Cold War never ended. So yeah, in the end we have what we have in our current generation. Sad picture really.

I was talking about the individual soldiers, not the government they represented. Besides, 21 million civilian casualties is a highly inflated number to attribute to the Germans. While I admit the number is inconsistent, most sources (including the Russian Academy of Sciences) point towards a total body count military and civilian closer to 20-26 million. A lot of that is attributable to their own tactics as well. If anything Stalin's own regime killed more Soviet civilians than the German Wehrmacht and Waffen SS ever could have. The Germans were no saints, but that doesn't mean the USSR wasn't worse. The Soviet Union was just a glorified totalitarian dictatorship, spreading their suffering to over half of Europe and causing half a century of fear. True communism cannot, and will not ever exist. It is too impractical because it goes against basic human nature, hence why they're not still around. The proper realistic system would be a hybrid between capitalism and socialism.

Individual? Hm. Let's see? Shelling cities, burning villages, killing and executing civs. Sure it's German government and not soldiers. Yeah. You are funny here.
As for Stalin regime victims, there's approx a total of 1-1.5kk tops lost due to justice system mismanagment. Comparing even to your number of 21-26kk it's about, well 21-26 times less.
Spreading suffering? If you ask any person who happened to live in the USSR they'll tell you that it was much better than it is right now. Only few unhappy people will say otherwise. All in all, thank you for teaching me the history of MY country. Sure it can better be seen and studied from the US which, may I remind you, was USSR's enemy since 1945 to 1980s.

Pfff, ok, so I guess that famine of his in Ukraine didn't happen, nor did the neglected gulags exist, etc. So yeah, sure, Stalin was a saint, and the USSR and its occupied territories was a smiling sunshine and happiness paradise filled with lollipops and rainbows.

Look kid, all you did was come here and talk smack about world history, which you really don't seem to have any knowledge about. Thanks for messing up the comments on a picture that was intended to just showcase some uniforms.
I suggest you stop being such a closet-nazi, go and study history a bit more, and don't get all your information from Discovery or Wikipedia.
You might actually learn something!

He's right. The USSR was hell for some people. It was just a totalitarian dictatorship under ''Communism''

Was it nice? Nope. Was ideal? Sure nope. Was it hell like some people claim? Nope once again.
It had its pros and cons but labeling it all dark bleak "totalitarian dictatorship" is nothing but showing that you've NEVER talked to people who still live there. Sure you'll hear all sort of blaming from those who emigrated but try and think WHY they've emigrated in the first place.

My simple advice? Stop trying to judge places and times you've never seen with your own eyes unless you want to end up looking silly to those who know it from the first or second-hand experience.

I look up a simple website of what it was like in the USSR, and it's says they were treated good. I hope this is true
