Well, observe the dead body in the background, and notice that this image has many more undertones than meets the eye. Look, it's a person lying on the floor with a cigarette in their fingers - doesn't that make you want to stop smoking, no matter how beautiful they look?

I know what the undertones of the picture are and all that. I know the point of the picture. I know all of what you're trying to say. I'm not an idiot who needs to be walked through the meaning of the damn picture. In all actuality I have stopped smoking but either way, yes, the picture still makes me want to go smoke a cigarette.

The detail on this looks fantastic, I love the fact you can see so many details, such as the lines on the hands and the label still on the cigarette. The smoke curling looks excellent, this is a stunning picture.

really beautiful shot. really appeals to me, since i'm a smoker and been fighting over myself to stop it. it's something I think every smoker does, cause you love it and hate it at the same time. it's a constant fight within yourself. I think you've captured a little bit of that through this photo, cause of the position of the hand, suggesting that she/he is laying on the ground, oh and there's the silhuet! i hadnt seen that yet

I like the way this photo's been taken. Seriously, smoking is a health problem.
If this photo were to be used as an advertisement to prevent people, it would certainly be effective as it brings the message in a short simple way. Smokers don't have happy endings.
