The burnout design saga continues ;_; I love these guys wayy too much, but I need to earnskjfskd ;; These are inspired by pokemon abilities or moves!! I can't pose charactersskjfsks

+$2 or 200 points = Change uniform (Between schools, i.e. Shiketsu-->UA, etc.)
+$8 or 800 points = 3 additional outfits (hero outfit//casual//formal//etc.)

1. Frustration : The user's attacks become stronger when she is frustrated or angry. She gains a muscular physique that continues to build up as her frustration increases. When overused, she becomes extremely fatigued.

    Her hair puffs up when she uses her quirk. HC: She's generally a sweet person, so she hates using her quirk.
2. Merciless : The user's attacks are strengthened when the target is injured or weakened. If the target is severely weakened, the user can knock them out with just a touch, or a light hit.
Soft-Sheep
Color palette is vaguely inspired by (Toxapex+)Tomura Shigaraki because their quirks felt somewhat related u_u 1 am vibes

3. Dazzling Gleam : The user emits a bright, almost blinding light from his body. The light is absorbed from the sun, and will need to be recharged if overused.
   DEADLY-DISASTER
As he continues to use his quirk, his hair, eyes, and skin begin to dull in color.

4. Shadow Tag : This quirk allows its user to manipulate or attack a target by stepping on their shadow. When he uses his quirk, his shadow is also susceptible to damage.
chibifinatic
    The underside of his hair is meant to be darker than his base hair color, it's meant to resemble a shadow.
