Thank you! It's actually a Dress/shirt and a Skirt! xD I got the whole outfit, including the boots and mask and stuff at the same store. O_e cost me 500 dollars exactly...

Well I went to the one store nearby that sells this stuff for cheaper than most stores, like Millennium. The store I went to was called Deadly Couture, that store makes me happy.
