I've got the biggest grin on my face right now. I love this! I had always imagined the poisonous spines on his back and a few extra eyes, but this is a lot more fitting to the show.

Khoshekh is actually an ordinary cat that hovers a few feet off the men's bathroom floor, by the sink in the community radio station, in the podcast 'Welcome to Night Vale'.
Like all cats, atm he's going through a phase in his life where his skull is completely visible.
