Description
This is Farah for She is 9 inches tall from toe to ear top.I think she came out pretty well. The hair isn't as dark as the reference because they asked me to use either 'pussycat' or another light pink color. I left the hair a little on the long side so it can be braided and stuff if they want
It can be easily trimmed shorter if that's what's wanted. Her boobs came out a little perkier than I had intended ^_^;; oops

9 inches! That's a little over the limit of what you normally do, granted it was requested of the client... kinda hard to refuse the all might dollar. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Wonderfully done and the detail is staggering, though it differs slightly from the bit-image provided you still manage to get it to a reasonable facsimile which is all that can be expected in most of these cases. To be able to sculpt to this degree, your drawing skills refined have to be refined to a point where you can translate them over to another medium without fear of loosing the skill you had in your main medium.
All in all, well done.

thank you! yeah my sculpt does looks a bit different from his pixel art ref. like the snout is too long on mine. that kind of bugged me. but i'm still working on it!

Really awesome! Can I ask you were and in which form you find the hair you use on your scupltures? That gives a really cool effect!

is it ever possible to dye fake hair before adding it to a sculpture?

i've tried it. it doesnt seem to work with the nylon I usually use but i think it may with saran

yeah when i worked on Toa I tried to just take the yellow and purple and dye them black so the color would blend and look better than what i ended up having to do. but it didn't work, both colors were nylon and the black didn't take. it just make it this nasty gray yuck color
