Finally! I'm like the slowest artist ever! I've had this mostly finished for like a month.

This is my application for

Hero Name: River Rain

Name: Sarah McCracken (I totally didn't give her the last name of the creator of the PowerPuff Girls >_> )

Age: 22

Gender: female

Power: She can create and control water with the limit of creating enough water to fill a standard public swimming pool each day and controlling half that amount at any one time.

Height/Weight: 5'5"/ 140 lbs

Sponsor: Aquafina water and Leslie's Pool Supplies (a not very well known chain that I chose because I thought that was humorously ironic since my name is Leslie)

Fear: She is terribly afraid of falling any significant distance, not necessarily afraid of heights, just falling and that sickening feeling you get when you free fall and of course she's afraid of going SPLAT on the concrete.

History:Sarah was born and raised in Southern California and has been surfing since she could first swim. She developed her NEXT powers when she was 17 and consequently lost her dream of becoming a competitive surfer since she can use her power to control the water in the ocean that immediately surrounds her (approximately a 10 foot radius), therefore giving her a large advantage in her surfing. She would never cheat and swore to it but as soon as word spread in the area about her powers, no competition around her home would allow her to enter.

Having to give up her dream she moved to Sternbild when she was 18 to attend the Hero Academy to make some use of her power, never really expecting to be accepted as a Hero.

Personality: Sarah is pretty easy going and a bit of a tomboy. She likes to joke around and loves competition so she can be a little over competitive when it come to catching bad guys and getting points, but she is a good person at heart and will always abandon the chase for bad guys if she's the best choice or closest person to save someone in immediate danger.

Interesting notes: She has a surfboard provided by her sponsors that I haven't made yet. She uses it when she's sent into the bay area of Sternbild for missions rather than using a boat since she has much more maneuverability than a boat by using her powers to propel her through the water.

She keeps her toe nails painted but never her fingernails.

She lives alone, her family remains in southern California.

She has a rather large and fancy fish tank in her apartment living room with a wide variety of tropical fish and live colorful corals.

Her natural eye color is a light brown that borders on a gold color while she wears purple colored contacts for her hero persona.

The mecha on her arms and legs boost her strength to about five times her own. So it gives her roughly twice the strength of a muscular non-NEXT man. With these enhancements and her lighter weight, she can jump about thirty feet with relative ease.

Side note: River Rain is kinda/sorta the Tiger and Bunny variation of my character Aachi who's been a water mage/manipulator as long as she's had her elf appearance which I started using about two years ago. With Hero RP I wanted to make a new character but still liked the water powers. So I guess you could think of River Rain as a cousin of Aachi or something LOL Though really, I guess her personality is pretty similar to Aachi too. mmmm Maybe we could say River Rain is an alternate universe version of Aachi or Aachi reincarnated lol
