Love the use of the reflection in this composition! Did you use some kind of filter or anything to get the lights refracting in a cross like that? It looks very cool!

No, I didn't. I took this picture on manual program, by f4 and 4sec time Lights on the reflection were painted by smooth surface of water in Odra river

Clever use of reflection to bring out the added beauty of the entire compostion, bright and warm colors play ever so harmoniously which is another great factor
