Awesome pic! But, my only nitpic is that cats and reptiles like snakes have vertical slit irises; not wolves and other canine species. Wolves and other canines have larger; round irises.
If the eyes are slit in mid morph, that's fine as they are adjusting to her new form.

Great work on the eyes! I think the fur could use slightly more color variation, but it's a very good start. The upper canine could use just a little bit of shading, too, which would be caused by the lip.
For only a 5th attempt, you are well on your way to making awesome manips.
