Years back in his past, Krieg and the lost legion faced the ultimate sacrifice. Born and raised for war, but ultimately condemned by loyalty to their commander. What the Council says goes, and with Judas excommunication, those who stood with him share a similar fate. To leave Rome forever and be stripped of military rank. An end to the only life they have ever known, as much a trial as a funeral. The day that those who would stand with their leader against all hell, would be forced to follow him into exile.
