naah, of course I am kidding :3
Main inspiration to this drawing was two comments I read this week. Somebody commented one of my music video on youtube and reminded me that it was Lucius who turned Snape into Death Eater and someone else told me Lucius was 3 years older than Severus was! This basically made change my idea of this couple! Until now I saw Severus as the more dark, strong side and Lucius as somebody who is all the time trying to get his attention and his love, but now I started to think of Lucius more as seme.
What doesn't mean of course I won't draw any more pictures with silly Lucius xD
Yeah, so basically that's some cute drawing I made to cheer me up during my illness.
One more thing: I drew it from begining to end in photoshop, which is rare. And it is the best drawing made fully digitally I've ever done. I think I finally understood how I'm suppose to do lineart with tablet xD So hurray for me.
Oh, pose is almost fully taken from one of older pictures of snapesnogger, who has no longer her account on DA. Now she's known as OwlGem and doesn't have her old works there.
And I don't know why, but Severus looks here for me as L from "death note" xD

This is something lots of people struggle with even if they can draw very good. Lucius looks so interesed and determined in getting what he wants and Severus looks so pleased and excited.
This kind of sentiment is also underlined by the way how both conncets with their handy. Lucius very directly grabbing Severus chin with dominance but also kinda sensitive with his thumb on his lips. And Severus clasp the hand and not letting him go further but also not letting him go way. Briliant idea for showing their relation by body language! 
I don't think the classical semen-uke category fits for these two. They are both cunning and sharp characters and depending on the situation one has the upper hand over the other.
Maybe when Lucius was an older perfect he was more above Severus but the older they got and especialy at the ende it's the other way around.
But Lucius didn't turned Severus into a death eater. This is such a nonsense only because people want so badly to make Severus a huffelpuff-gryffindor at heart who was a vicitim of his live cirumanstace and turning Lucius into an incapable abuser. There is nothing in the books what yield such a portrayal of these two.
The most realistic way from what we now is that these two had a good but not to close friendship based on something like a mentor-student relationship when Lucius was perfect and young Severus joined slytherin. Severus adored his rich, beautiful, respected elder and was glad that he was welcomed and Lucius was curious about these poor, greasy, weird but intelligent, witty and interesting child who was sorted into slytherin as a half-blood.
These whole stories that he only wanted to recrute Severus from the begining is totaly crap in my opinion. Even if Severus was a very talented child he was way too young for a decision like this and it's very questionable if Lucius has known exactly what his future path will be because he seems more like the arrogant and vain type who didn't really like dirty work to do or bowing to other feets.
From what we see in the books he seems more like an intelligent schemer and lyer who is good in manipulating and charming others. His immense wealth and connections is a power point as well. But he never appeared as a strong direct fighter or the type who uses brutal force (this would also explain how it was always possible for him always to escape and never got caught). The whole atmopshere in slytherin is completly different to the others houses and they are more aware of power and the dark arts and most were from wealthy and pureblood background so they were automatically more drawn into this mess than others.
Umbridge said to Severus "Lucius speaks always so highly of you" which is surprising considering that Severus is not from his usual social circle and even promotes him (something nobody else ever did) and Severus was the one who treated him still with respect after his fall from grace and even was the one who convinced the Dark Lord to free the imprisoned death eaters from Askaban. And the way how he cares for Draco is a point as well. I think they weren't really close but they enjoyed each others company, has known each other since they were children and were connected by the fate of their dark path.
(And Severus isn't the pure innocent tragic hero so many want to see him. Tragic yes but he is also a very bitter, mean and dark character what is not only excusable with that the fact that he was a poor, mobbed looner who was only tricked to become a death eater. Understandable yes, of course. But these two are so wonderful complex and not black-and-white characters and it's so sad that so many banalise these great deeper and more layered characters.)
From this point it's not too far to create a "friendship with benefits" relationship for these two.
Lucius is a very good looking bloke, rich and it would be not exactly un-canon if you interpret him as someone who enjoys the delicacy that life offers him, especially when he was younger and not a married father. But on the other hand he is mostly surround with fakeness and if Severus isn't one thing than it is being a bootlicker! He can be stubborn, fierece and dangerous. And Snape maybe isn't considered classical attratcive but he has a very "special" charm with his intelligence, sarcasam and kinda dark-mysterious aura. It is possible that all this is very refreshing and interesting for Lucius.
On the other hand Severus has someone who really likes him for what he is with all the darker facettes other don't like, understands him in many aspects others don't (dark arts, twisted humor,...etc.) and they possibly have intelligent and witty conversations with each other. And as true slytherins they both profit from each other and of course they both could never admit that they care for each other (not even to themselves).
Of course Lily will always be is pure inoccent childhood type of love but there are other types of love as well and it's has been in a long time in the past.

Actualy Luce is 3 years older than Sev-Sev would have been a 4th year when Lucius was a 7th year.

Sev looks so innocent! As this Lily's Severus, you know. Before James ruined his entire life. So just after scene in this picture happened, Sev could have been still okay but then Lily got stolen from him and he went to find solace with Lucius and the Death-eaters. And then he became so very bitter and mean. And the next picture you draw of them will depict Severus being damaged by life and Lucius not being able to have a working relationship with him and that's when he marries Narcissa. Oh, yeah. They were never meant to be

It was exactly how I thought about it. Severus is still innocent here, and Lucius well, he never was. Here Sev still believes love can exist, and maybe Lucius is only doing at this point job for Voldemort. Later he'd fall for Severus, but it would be too late. I mean, I still think they were together for a moment, they had sex and some adventures, but it was all ruined up because Snape was already devastated. When he'd realise that he loved Lucius, he was already married. And later they could've only feel pain.
But you said you like relationships, which are not meant to be. Like Narrator/Vorea (I have to draw them now, oh, yes!)

Btw, I read two one paged fanfiction of Snape/Lucius (I always want to write Snape/Malfoy, because it would be two surnames, but I am scared somebody would think of something as gross as Sev/Draco xD But I believe you won't think I mean something like this xD Btw, Malfoy is onl of the prettiest surnames ever). I usually don't read these things, but these two were very dark and awesome and I am ill xD
In one Malfoy was married to Narcissa only because his dad "bought" her and her baby to him, you know, she was about to get money because she had his heir in her tummy. And there was no passion between them. And I realised I like Malfoy/Narcissa very much, like Makani draw them xD I mean, they are so meant to be togheter and I don't have heart to make them suffer only because I like Severus/Malfoy xD Sometimes when I think of these guys I am suddenly like "oook, but what was Narcissa suppose to do at the time? Looking at them? Or they had threesome?" xD

Yeah, Malfoy is awesome surname. I believe I read once that Rowling made it up from french "mal foix", which means bad faith. Wouldn't it be actually awesome, if the family was named Malfoix and was french? Lol at Lucius with french accent. Or Draco XD
