Next Season, Casey Jones will be April's Love Interest, as. Well as Donnie's Love Rival! Also since April lost her Mother, and her Father is the only Parent left, she and Casey will share the same feelings, since Casey lost his Father, and his Mother is the only Parent left as well!

I think they will bring Casey into this series. But not as a love interest. I think they will have him as just a friend at the most towards April. Im actually hoping that he hits on her a little and she gently turns him down... then he notices the chemistry between her and the purple masked turtle, and gets the hint. I hope they have Mikey and Ralph become closer too. And we all know that Leo and that skank Karai are going to become romantic frienemies (sigh...) so there needs to be some bromance between the wild one and the hot head. Some heart to heart would be nice...

If I remember correctly I think, think, that they said they were going to have his character rival Donnie's affections for April. I think it would be kinda cool ya know? Watch there be an episode where she's in trouble and Donnie and Casey are gonna have to work to get her to rescue her, and then at the end Casey be like, "I understand your feelings for her, and I respect that. I know she's yours." And the that would be the end of that
But then again that's just my theory.

yeah, I really wonder how old they'll make him in the older series both him and april were the same age right? and they were like in their twenties. so maybe they'll be the same age. but I'd wonder how a 16yo boy would fight crime with a hockey stick...and to be honest, I really wonder how they're going to introduce him...
oh! 'nother idea/theory: maybe it starts with like a battle going on or something (April's with the turtles) and idk she like falls of something high. and then, just as one of the turtles is about to save her Casey swoops in and saves her. That would explain why she'd have a bit of a (hero's) crush on him; causing Donnie and Casey to be competeing for her. then since he did save April they take him to the Lair and blah blah blah, he's on their team now

It said he would be introcuded as 'maybe a couple years older', and in most TMNT version, he's april's love interest, so they may do the same for the TMNT2012 show. But since Nick would notice more people became DonxApril fans more quicker, I'm guessing they'll leave the whole thing as an on going love triangle.
If you want to do a fic of it, sure, go ahead. :3 Many have done it with other shows like Pokemon and Total Drama, my favorites.
And a parade for the internet, like many things about it popping up everywhere, because it has a big fanbase.
