Description PEAR CHOCOLATE CAKE

Uhhh God...this will be hard to write I made this cake for my mom's birthday with the help of my brother and combining a yogurt cream recipe of a friend's mom..who i love much

So you need:
---FOR CAKE:7 eggs
5 spoons of cold water
12 spoons of crystal sugar
11 spoons of wheat
cocoa

---FOR YOGURT CREAM: 2 big natural yogurt (you know guys the bigger one)
10 spoons of sugar
4 dl fruit juice (the same as the fruit you will choose to use)
3 lil packs of cooking gelatin (not the one you use for covering fruits on cakes!)
2dl fluid (cream idk hell how we call this) for whipped cream

---FOR DECOR AND FLAVOR: 4 pears
Nutella or any choco-nut cream
melted chocolate
some dark chocolate
Let's try
You wash the eggs and separate the white and the yellow parts in different bowls. In the white you put a lil bit of salt and make it cream with a mixer. In the yellows you put 5 spoons of cold water (and u take these as egg yellows...that will be 12 in total then...right? ). So you add 12 spoons of sugar and work on it with the mixer till it becomes whity yellow strong cream. Then put the white cream over it and pour 11 spoons of wheat and some cocoa powder (if you don't wanna make the cake with cocoa then add 12 spoons of wheat and no cocoa powder). Stir gently these components with big roundy slow moves. don't break the foam. If you want you can add wheated minced dark chocolate in the mass.
Grease a cake form with some butter, preheat the oven to the 3-4 grade (if gas...if electric idk...but make it hot).
Pour the mass into the form and bake it...around 15-20 minutes on full fire then on middle around 10-15 minutes. I suggest to make a try by pushing a picker in the middle of the cake. If you see lil minces on it that means the cake is not ready, if it's clean you can slowly take out the cake.
Let it get cold. (you can make the cake base the day before)

Put the 2 yogurts into a bowl, mix with 10 spoons of sugar. Pour the 3 gelatins in the 2-2,5 pear juice and let the around 10 minutes, mixing from time to time.
After this warm it a bit, but not much cause it's gets suck then...and stir into the yogurt.
Whisk the 2dl cream to get whipped cream..then mix with the yogurt. And cut 2 pears into lil cubes and stir it into this too.

When the cake base is cold cut it at 2 places to get 3 sheets of cake. Put one on a big cake plate and wet it a bit with some fruit juice that remained (the middle one need less juice cause you wet it from both sides, and take care it might break if too wet)...so just show the juice to it a bit.
Then smear the "sheet" with some Nutella then put 1/3 of the cream on it. Then put the middle "sheet"...wet it so lil bit and no Nutella here!!! and put 1/3 cream again. Then the last "sheet" and wet and Nutella and cream again. In this moment you cover the full surface of the cake with this cream.

The decoration is up to you. You can leave some whipped cream and put on it as i did. Slice the other 2 pears and use them as part of the deco too and pour melted chocolate or minced chocolate here too. Do it as you want!!!

Seems time consuming and difficult, but ask your friends or mom to help!
It's a great gift for a friend and then you can do with a group of friends and after work u can eat it

---i'm so glad you like it....and if you do with pleasure it's not that hard (or i don't know there are some types of food that are hard to capture in a good way)... the trick is in finding the good angle and using the food's characteristics for the composition and ya the light too---
