Description NORMAL EVERYDAY PORTUGUESE SALAD
[because of and for Ana ]

For 3-4 people:
1/2 of a big fresh green salad
2 tomatoes
2 radishes
1 little cucumber/1/3 of a long type one
2 fresh green onions
3 slightly boiled eggs
a little piece of salty fresh cheese (100g)
dried chilli pepper
salt, pepper
sumak (a sour Middle-Eastern spice)
olive oil
toast cubes (dried on butter)
(salad fix powder spices+water)

Wash and clean all the vegetables, tear the salad leaves to smaller pieces and chop the other vegetables in a shape that you like (i prefer to cut them raughly). Cut the cheese into cubes and add to the vegetables.
Season them with salt, pepper, sumak and a tiny amount of dried chilli, then some olive oil. In case that you don't have these ingredients do it with some salad spice, but in this way you use water and olive oil as a base for the powder and stir it well and then add over the salad.
Gently fold the spices into the salad.
I like to add the chopped eggs and the toast cubes at the end, but in the case you don't use any water, you can fold the eggs in too...so the semi-boiled yolk helps the spices cover the vegetables.

Funny...looks like portuguese normal everyday salad. Mediterranea food.. the virgin oil like I bring every year from the grandparents farm, tomato, eggs, etc.. Very portuguese or latin kind of food.

Tasty, tasty

---here this is not a normal type of food...traditional transylvanians usually do not eat or like these type of food...they think raw salad/spinach is for goats, not for human beings...actually a very narrow minded opinion. I wish my grandparents had olives in their garden..and orange trees too i wish haha---
