Description Ok so i promised a dedicated deviation for that person who guesses what could be seen on my latest deviations.
The right answer was melted sugar/caramel what was cooled down very fast by placing the spoon with caramel in cold water.

So this fast and easy dessert is dedicated for those several people who guessed the truth pretty close and almost in the same time
Other people have guessed it too, but later than these three.

So what you see here is simple vanilla pudding with canned peaches and pineapple and a crispy caramel decoration.
I have made the cracked caramel when preparing this dessert.

You make this it sound so very easy to do and I know from personal experience that melted sugar is a pain! So definitely give yourself a ton of extra credit for accomplishing this. It looks delicious and your photography and arrangement of images is perfectly wonderful. This easily could be something out of a magazine.

Thank you Actually the bluish tone was annoying the hell out of me, but in wintertime here is very hard to photograph with natural light, due to it's very cold tone, what doesn't help culinary photos.

hehe i'm sure that doesn't help.. but actually i don't mind that tone at all. Now, whether it's appropriate for magazine quality culinary photos.. hehe that's a whole different issue entirely. Personally, i like those tones because they contrast so nicely against the pudding

oh yes, they create contrast, but blue is a pretty "anti-gastronomic" colour Usually, yet i have seen some great examples of using it so well in culinary shots.

Ohh it can stand up if you put it into a cold wet mug (not very tall) and when it cooled, you put it on a plate. Mine trembled like a jelly but it stood

Volt vele egy kis baleset amugy, mert olyan lassan hult ki, hogy az alufolia alatt besargult az ablakparkanunk. Szoval nagyon megerte ez a puding

i think i wouldn't like the mix of cracked caramel with pudding..
(i'm not a big fan of caramel)
but this is beautiful!
and it's funny how the same thing can be so different in different countries!
canned peach here is much more yellowish!

About canned peach It's the same yellowish orange coloured i think, i see no difference. Probably the winter blue light destroyed the colours a bit, but for me the peach what is in the background seems pretty similar in shade to those what ou have linked But who knows, same vegetables and fruits are quite different from country to country.

The peach on your picture looks almost orange..
maybe it's my monitor
canned peaches here are really yellow, almost like egg yolk!

Ohh well, depends on the type of peach maybe but here the good peaches are pretty orangy but also my grandparents have peach trees in their garden and those peaches are almost greeny yellow when ripe and pretty "mossy" outside, but those make the most spicy peach compot as we call canned peach here

Try then, nothing hard in it. Just make sure you put a wooden board or something under the aluminium folia what has to be used when making decorative caramel, otherwise it can destroy table or some with it's hottness.
