Oh absolutely bud⦠Thats a good head start really. A lot of artists do not start until later 20's and even 30's in fact. Some of which are now leading artists in our community. Most begun younger but⦠it goes to prove that age is of little importance. You will be fine so long as you have passion for what you do.
