time--- 80 minutes. beat the time. yes!!it was actually 90 but i started with a totally different pose, more dynamic and it wasn't working so i scrapped it and just started to wing it. pretty happy i guess for beating the time by 10 minutes.
i pretty much drew this with the microns, i did a really loose sketch and just started drawing with the pen, that's why you may notice the hands are different sizes
i wasn't paying attention cause i was running out of time. the arms as a whole are bothering me but what can ya do. out of time. onwards!!

man, i really like how this turned out. i dig seeing logos and background texture.....and you've done both well, on top of a cool figure drawing.

That's crazy, Aaron. You're taking this way beyond anything I'm doing. I don't have the patience for anything that involved. 80 minutes isn't bad, though. This could actually be printed. Didn't notice the hands until you pointed it out. Wouldn't worry about it. Just say his right elbow's back a bit further than the left.

yea, i have been meaning to do daily sketches for a while to get up my speed and to just sketch more. and i have been planning on the 90 min time frame so i figured this DSC would be a good place to do it.
whats funny is i wasn't gonna say anything about the hands until someone mentioned it and that was gonna be my excuse. so that's funny you say that.

Great minds think alike. Hands are weird things. No matter how muscular a person in, their hands stay about the same size. Then, sometimes people just have one hand larger than the other. The same with feet, or legs being different lengths, etc.. So why is everyone so picky when it comes to art? If it doesn't look like an action figure, IT'S WRONG
But yeah, these daily sketches are good practice. It seems I've got myself wrapped up in them, now.
