Description
This is the finished inked version of the Kit Carter Sketch I posted earlier in my gallery. The original pencil sketch is sketchbook sized this final illustration is around 11X17. The lettering is on the art which was a bit of a challenge for me since lettering is not my strongest suit but I felt it needed to be part of the art. I think my Wrightson and Frazetta influences are showing prominently in this piece. I plan to color this and make a print available soon.Related content

Thanks. Wrightson and Frazetta were my two single greatest influences growing up and every time I do a monster piece it becomes quite evident.

Looks pretty damn awesome. I would certainly read this comic... And for some reason, it makes me wonder how fun it would be to see an "adventures of Power Girl in deep space" comic. XD

Thanks. I designed this a simple homage to 50's serialized sci-fi and it seems to have taken on a life of it's own. Funny how that works. I may have to develop a story for it.
