To me it looks like "Ash" is just standing at a weird angle in mid air, having dashed or transported below at the same angle. I could be over thinking it. I mean it's a powerful entity so maybe it can defy the laws of physics.

Nuts. I should have added another panel to show that she was flying forward instead of just dashing. She dropped low quickly to avoid the kick.

It's a tough one. You have a lot to convey from one panel to one page. The most important thing is that the important stuff is expressed and understood properly. Little stuff like this is just what we need to make us think about the details. I could be in the minority, maybe everyone else sees it right, but I still have to tell you when something looks off to me so you can reflect on it yourself. Feedback is how we evolve. <3
