For Cheerimac, it will ruin Fluttershy's reputation because of the shipping war.
For Fluttercord, It will ruin Fluttershy's friendship with the Mane Six because Twi, Rarity, Pinkie, Dash and AJ hate Discord.

But, Fluttershy and Big Mac never had an interaction with each other, so I don't see how it will "ruin" her reputation of something. I don't know what they're on about, so don't listen to them.
They don't hate Discord, they just don't trust him. After the Season 4 finale, they fully trust and respect him. I know they shouldn't since he betrayed them but that's how it is. But yeah, I'm you on this one since I see them as possibly Father and Daughter.

If Big Mac and Fluttershy didn't have met each other then why the writers flanderize Fluttershy in Putting Your Hoof Down, Magic Duel and Bats!?
So they can troll the Fluttershy/Fluttermac fans who are involved in the Cheerimac vs. Fluttermac Hearts and Hooves Day shipping war?
This is just like in Total Drama, when there was a shipping war between Gwuncan vs. Duncney and in TDWT, they flanderized Courtney after Gwuncan was canon. Sure you don't even know or like about this show, but I can relate this to that. It's like the writers wants to turn a nice girl character into a jerk because a pairing was canon and won the shipping wars.

1.) They never had a romance conversation.
2.) Do you even know romance even work? It doesn't go like that. Trust me, I've been into a relationship. Why can't people be friends instead of a couple?

I know Total Drama and MLP are both different shows.
But I just think that if Cheerimac wasn't canon in the first place, then Fluttershy wouldn't be flanderized by the writers, or worse, turning her into an antagonist/villain just because the fandom hates her.
I know, they never met, but I don't see why the writers ruined her in Putting Your Hoof Down two weeks after Hearts and Hooves Day.
As for "I'm you on this one since I see them as possibly Father and Daughter.", Yeah, I really regret assuming you ship Fluttercord (which I don't like that ship because it makes Hero/Villain friendship drama.) So I am so sorry I assumed you as a Fluttercord shipper.
And also, I am sorry if i sounded too immature, I just don't want Cheerimac and Fluttercord to be canon, and neither MaudMac. Again, I am very sorry, don't be mad at me.

Cheerimac is never canon (They're just friends). Putting Your Hoof Down is just for lesson for friendship, they didn't mean to "ruin" her. Besides everyone has flaws like Pinkie in Filli Vanilli. Just don't take the show too seriously.
Don't worry, even if I were one, I know it would never happen.
That's okay, I have three ships I don't want to be canon either. But, I let go of my pride. I just can't force people to like the ships I like and have high expectations for my ships to be canon. So, I'm not mad. I forgive you.
