I understand why people call tight hugs, "bear hugs." Because deep down, we all want to hug a bear and nuzzle into it's rich fur outside.
I'm not anti-zoo like some people, but this bear seems like he feels kind of dismal.
Great shot though, my two favorite things, quality graphics and it makes you feel something.

Minus the claws and teeth, I would snuggle up to a bear any day 
I love zoos in general (I think there are definitely some animals that don't belong there though.) But whenever I take zoo pics they always have a kind of dismal air to them XD Like, to get good shots they kind of have to be still and close to the glass, which usually means they're sleeping or otherwise lazing haha. So it's pretty easy to project gloom onto them XD But I guess even in the wild animals have gotta take a break sometime.

Pfft. Love is pain. Isn't that what all the poems are telling us nowadays? ( Yes, I'm mocking myself. 
Zoos can be fascinating. I tend to prefer aquariums, dunno why.
Don't even get me starting on taking photos behind a glass or fence. XD
Gloom or not, it's a great shot.
(Those poor animals, it's so hard being admired for them I guess.
It's so tough to be them. )

Oh I love aquariums 
I guess it depends on your perspective. Life's probably a heck of a lot easier for some animals behind glass XD But I guess there's always the problem of going completely stir crazy haha

A gummy bear.
Touché. They can be very straining when it comes to getting decent lighting.
I don't think I'd be good at being enclosed in an exhibit, so I can feel that for them.
