Hello everyone,
First of all, thank you all for your participation in the Organic Textures challenge last month, we have produced 35+ textures for this project. I should have a Community Texture pack ready for you to download shortly so watch out for that in your group notifications feed.
Please note that there is no voting this month.
Instead we can get straight to work on March's Challenge. I thought we could look at a colouring formula this month for a change. I have chosen Sine-mod_III from tma.ucl as it has a good number of parameters and I have seen it used by various people quite often as an Outside Colouring yet it is not one that I personally know very well so I look forward to looking at this in more detail. I hope you like the idea and enjoy it too.
As always I do strongly recommend you explore this colouring formula fully - dig deep and push those boundaries, I'm sure you will find some rich rewards within!

Amazing how totally different formulas can end up with a similar effect. Shows the versatility of the Ultra Fractal program.
I did Moonbeam several years ago
utilizing the pixel formula with no coloring.
