The binary tool in sai.
First choose your canvas size. I did 300x300 for this one. Take your pen or marker whichever it is you use to sketch, and make a sketch. On a new layer switch to the binary brush, use size 1 or 2 depending on the thickness you would like. And trace over the sketch. Then it makes it all pixely :'D
