I got a whole story to about this after reading the question!!!!!
But I´m just gonna say it in general:
I got a lot of theories, but in general they end up with father wanting to erase his memory and making him a DCFDTL with some lazer gun, but Nigel glasses causes that the ray just erase him the memories about Father being his uncle and the DCFDTL being the sector Z, instead the ray just make him bald, and explodes because it didn´t work properly, also that can be the reason why he always have to use the sunglasses, even at night, maybe he got visual affected and the KND did that glasses for him to see better.
I liked the way Nigel look with hair, that´s why I paint it, so, hope you like it!!!!!

Cree toda una historia en mi cabezita loca sobre el asunto al leer la pregunta!!!!!
Pero solo dire en general lo que imagino:
Tengo muchas teorias, pero en general terminan con Padre queriendo borrar su memoria y volverlo uno de LDLOC con algun tipo de arma lazer, pero los lentes de Nigel causan que el rayo solo borre los recuerdos de que Padre es su tio y LDLOC son el sector Z, en lugar de eso el rayo solo lo vuelve calvo y explota por que no funciona bien, ademas, esa puede ser la razon por la cual el siempre usa sus gafas de sol, incluso de noche, tal vez su vision se afecto y KND hizo esas gafas para que viera mejor.
Me gusto como se ve Nigel con cabello, por eso lo quise pintar, asi que, espero les guste!!!!!
