Description This photo was taken by the amazing and talented Lanny. I can count him and his gorgeous wife Taura as some of my close, true friends.

Lanny made it possible that I could touch the truck that I had been salivating (not in a fangirl way) over the entire weekend.

My dad was a mechanic, and he worked on Mack trucks for years. I grew up with these big boys and the fact that Optimus Prime was a tractor trailer always made me happy as a kid. Especially when my dad would come home in 'optimus prime' which was modeled after a Peterbuilt truck.

OH! I'm spluttering with indignation...... SPLUTTTT!!!;O
Optimus Prime was originally modeld after the Frieghtliner FLB cabover.(I know this I still have my toy from when I was a kid.) I currently own one FLB and a FLC condo cab (check my gallery if your interested).
It wasn't until the movie that they made him a Pete.

meh, the latest chapter is a narrative, so it doesn't resolve the cliffhanger on the battle chapter, so there's not really a rush. :3
