I like this a lot, but I can't help but be weirded out by the shape of their muzzles and mouths.

I hate to use the "it's my style" excuse, but as someone that likes to use a lot of round shapes, it does tend to be my drawing preference. I can understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea, though.

Focus on the shape of the mouth for future art; using the "it's my style" excuse can only go so far if the mouth looks ...extreme, to say the least.

Fair enough. I will say that I was never particularly fond of how Rarity turned out. This piece was actually finished about a month ago and I only just recently posted it- I post a lot of sketches on my Twitter account and my mouth style (mostly when the mouth is open) is starting to change a teensy bit for the better.
My comment was mostly in regards to how I frequently hear that people don't like my way of drawing pony mouths/noses because it's "not show style" which is a bit silly.

Oh, the problem is not at all that it's non-show-accurate. In fact, there's hardly any problem at all. It's just my opinion about your art that is, otherwise, most pleasant to look at (I love what you've done with the colors)!
