I've been working on an Artemis one too, trying to get it up this weekend. don't know if i will though, cuz im doing her shooting an arrow and it takes a while to color the arrow as it gets closer and closer, i've only finished three frames

I use paint tool sai to draw them then put the frames together with photoscape.

yeah, the animation itself isn't all that difficult, it's just the coloring of the base image takes forever.
