This is my OC To̅mi Andrei commissioned by Bilcassonato . Her hero name is Plasmasonic. Half-elf and half-vampire, Tomi seeks to end conflicts in both her worlds aided by hero and confidant Shade. She also seeks to carve out a new life amongst the world of humans and though her days are filled with hijinks there is a mayhem brewing from decisions made in her past.
