Another SMRPG Remake Celebration Picture. I just finished this one some time ago. Geno (or due to borrowing the doll he's possessing, his real name:♡♪!?) is an agent of the stars sent down to the Main World to recollect the 7 Star Pieces after the Star Road was shattered by Exor and the Smithy Gang - which in turn invade and reside in Bowser's Keep - expelling Mario, Peach, and Bowser out somehow - in order to restore the power of wishes, kickstarting the main story.

The Emissary descends into the world to find a potential vessel to possess in order to stop Smithy and his weaponized minions from transforming the world into a weaponized nightmare WITHOUT WISHES; he arrives at Rose Town - where it was currently besieged by Smithy's forces and came across Gaz and the Geno doll that he took particular eye on (happening around during the time Mario - who is in possession of one of the 7 Star Pieces after felling Mack in Peach's Castle in the Mushroom kingdom - and Mallow, also visited and stayed in Rose Town for the night. The Emissary took possession of the Geno doll and upon coming to life leaves for the Forest Maze to go after one of Smithy's minions: Bowyer - who is responsible for the sudden arrow shots that petrified the Rose Town locals on the spot upon being struck from where he currently resides.

He finds the second Star Piece, under possession by Bowyer and his minions and confronts him and his minions for it, but found himself cornered very easily. Just as he was about to be struck by Bowyer by his arrow, Mario and Mallow, who had been following Geno through the Forest Maze, saves him just in the nick of time and faces off against the Bow Monster altogether. After felling Bowyer, Geno introduces himself (as who he actually is) and explains the situation regarding the Star Pieces, the Star Road and the purpose behind it, and finally Smithy and his Gang. Since he knows who Mario is, Geno teams up with him and Mallow to collect the rest of the Star Pieces.

Throughout the whole adventure, Mario and party were able to repossess almost all the Star Pieces save for the one Smithy possesses at the Gate in Exor to the other dimension where he resides forging more of his coarse and crude monsters. Once they beat and forces Exor into the Gate during the climax of the story, after an arduous infiltration through his dimensional factory they find and confront Smithy over the final Star Piece, and after a gruellingly long battle Smithy and his minions are finally dispatched. After finally repossessing the final Star Piece, the Emissary bids thanks and farewell to Mario and his friends and leaves the Geno doll to depart with the Seven Stars to repair Star Road - bringing back the power of Wishes to the world. Exor is eradicated from Bowser's keep as a result, and the sky shine bright light blue once more.
