Tek is standing on a cliff, taking in his surroundings. Quill is probably off somewhere behind him getting into trouble.

I decided to make this because I realized that it's been months since I've done any traditional work, and that I also haven't drawn Tek or Quill since I adopted them. So I decided to take care of both of those things in one picture.

I'd forgotten how much fun using colored pencils was, though it was pretty challenging. The paper wasn't large enough for me to fit in a lot of details, and I had a hard time coloring Tek's markings because they're just various shades of brown, so they kept blending into each other. And of course, the scanner sucked some of the color out of it. But all in all, I'm pretty happy with this picture.
