I didnt notice the seashell top she was sporting, so I thought she was sitting in a field with a purple dress on, magic and fish swimming above her in the air. Hehe, Im weird

This has a lot of really fabulous design qualities. The colors you chose are lovely, and so is the contrast; subtle but very expressive... I love, LOVE your style when it comes to faces. The only thing I can think to critique is your anatomy. Your characters seem a bit out of proportion and stiff. Have you tried drawing from live models?

And yes, the anatomy is off, I drew this quite a while ago, and since then have taken some great figure drawing classes and learned a lot! In fact I have been thinking of re-doing this in corel Painter, and fixing the anatomy.
