Such a hammer always looks impressive but...
As a black belt I'm always curious as to how they can lift and hit with a hammer that size and in time so the smashee does not run off from the place of impact.
Even when it's light and the frail girlie would be like the hulk it would still take to much time too lift the hammer at striking height and suddenly reverse the movement forward (against the weight of the hammer and inertia of the upswing). By the time it's swinging down (if you did not fall over backwards) i'm standing beside or behind you pummeling you with karate blows. Try it yourself with a large forehammer. (Nooooo, not on a person but just the ground before you, or a tin can on an anville)
