It's just the same texture, edited so that the sides blend seamlessly into one another. It can then be used for a number of things such as a website background or 3d texture, because you can't tell where the pattern begins and ends.

Err so if you want to use it on your website it's ok, but I prefer my stocks not to be used to do another resources. But, since it's not strictly 'another resource' like another texture, I think you may submit this to dA. I'd also wish to be given credit to this texture here when this pattern is used o.o
