When i saw this, i thought she had a tumor on her neck. Her hair color is very close to her skin color. Make her hair color more contrasting then her skin or the other way around.
Adding more strands to the front part of her hair, where her ear/jaw meet to her shoulder will define it more as flowing hair more. Other then that, it's sweet.

Nice sculpting. I would have added more volume to the back of her head. But that's a personal taste. Very inspiring for my paintings though. I want to see more !
